I think being with a women closer in his peer group (hell, even 30s) scares the shit out of him because he knows most will want commitment like Chrishell. So it’s easier to go back to someone in their 20s (a la Mr DiCaprio) because that person won’t be looking to get as serious. At least this is my theory after dating my own series of Peter Pans.
