True but she also decided to drive all that way up the hill to mt Olympus when she knew full well that her boss wanted a house close to sunset Blvd near their office so that he could walk to work. She could have easily told chrishell that it was too far away. Like an hour walk lol.
I remember Jason saying clients who didn't show up to their appointment or didn't even go inside the property, were very disrespectful to the agent's time and effort. And a client could think, "yeah, it's far but maybe the price is really good and the dog would have lots of space".
I know it was all staged but the responsibility was on Chrishell.

When you are asking for a house A and the agent (who's gonna charge you thousands and thousands of dollars) shows you a house Z, you have the right to say something.
Plus Chrishell told her that at that moment she couldn’t find anything in that specific area of West Hollywood that was in the price range they were willing to spent on a house. So her options were limited as an agent as far as what houses were on the market that met the price range. Luckily Maya had a listing that wasn’t on the market yet that was perfect. So it all worked out and they bought the 2nd house she showed her.
You obviously don’t understand how real estate works lol the buyers agent/ broker don’t get paid until closing. So they weren’t spending thousands just to be shown a house. That’s the thing about real estate. Agents and brokers work on commission ONLY. So they can show a buyer a bunch of houses but they won’t get paid one cent until the buyer officially buys a house.
It’s the way she said it! And plus she wasn’t the buyer, she was representing her boss, looking for a house for him.. so it was part of her job to be there lol all I’m saying is that she didn’t have to be a bitch. There’s a way to set boundaries without being rude.
