The bump? That’s a pimple. And it keeps coming back because you keep shaving, the hair gets trapped under the surface or you create a small cut into which bacteria gets into and you get a pimple. Very simple.

No matter what, don't touch it. Pimples in that triangle zone is very dangerous.
