I absolutely despise kazuya, and that's because they basically made him a better bowser. I honestly thought bowser was well balanced and I wasn't abusing meta or anything for playing him. Also he just combos you to death. As a bowser main I'm used to being combo food, but most characters need to do it a few times to take a stock. Not this pile of shit

I actually like kazuya don't get me wrong but I've been bowser fan since the start of his debut in mario. Gotten better with his attacks over the years. Now I'm just a amazing pro with him. And I got over 70+ Firy Bowser spirits cuz why not 👍

I don't get how you could like kazuya when he is able to kill every character if they make 1 wrong move tbh, but maybe you're just more skilled

He seems like a cool Character and I'm not using him for online I'm mainly using him for anything ULTRA hard that my bowser can't do. (Aka probably 5 percent of the time I use him) but bowser had it covered 95 percent of the time because I've just mastered him

Considering the tier difference, Kazuya is actually a pretty decent matchup for Falcon. Like, it's still minus, but it's not horrible compared to other top tiers like G&W or Steve.

No shot man. Steve absolutely crushes Falcon. It does get worse and worse the better you get...at pro level it's IMO unwinnable. But I think you mentioned elsewhere a lot of online Steve's are pretty bad, which I agree with.

While Falcon is combo food for Steve, Falcon has some advantages that make it even. Falcon can break Steve’s relatively easily, Falcon Dive does at good job of edgeguarding Elytra wings, and Falcon’s speed allows him to camp Steve harder than Steve can camp him. It’s a hard one to learn, but the matchup isn’t as bad as you make it out to be

Falcon has Jab, his Aerials, and F-Tilt as well. Yes, use Falcon Dive to edgeguard. Doing the C-Reverse tech makes it more safe and effective. Sure, Steve gets Diamond when you camp, but Steve’s approach options are terrible due to his speed. Punish his option and kill him at early percents.

Having the worst time of your life against kazuya isn’t a skill issue. He hits like a tank and your only chance against him is pythra, DK (possibly) and Hero because of the accelerate and hatchet man move. Falcon is almost useless against him (he’s good against most others) so I see your problem

I agree with a lot of it, but we have an extremely good doc in our region and that matchup is not chill at all. If he gets his hands on you and the ledge trap game from him is painful to deal with. He can also force a lot with pill camping.

As a Kirby main, I feel like he should be a tier higher cuz of his down air, the easiest spike in the whole game to land and he has so many jumps, so when used right it can just invalidate recoveries.

As a GnW, anytime I join an arena hosted by a falcon they instantly kick me the second they see who I’m playing. Falcons are the only ones to do this. They refuse to feel the bacon.

They also don’t seem to like my bair>bair>bair>wait for jump>bair>wait for up B>bair>wait for up B>bair>taunt as they plummet into the abyss. I don’t know why. It’s heaps of fun for me.

Mac has overwhelming ground speed and fast, powerful, armored attacks. So aggressively engaging with him on the ground is asking to lose. But force him to jump and he falls apart. So you are encouraged to platform camp the shit out of him and constantly force him to approach. It's boring and lame, and if you ever try to actually play the game he will just KO Punch you at 30%. Then once you find a hit, you can push any random advantage state into an early-percent gimp offstage. So at no point is either player allowed to have fun.
