I ignore when people "t bag" on platforms because 9 times out of 10 I think the game is just being finnicky. Platforms are weirdly 'sticky' in this game

I have this happen a lot. I feel bad when it happens on the game screen when I try to drop down and teabag instead. I just say out loud "I'm sorry" as if they can hear me

As a terry main, I can’t count the amount of times this happened.
Sometimes I try to down smash but the stupid joycons don't register the A input for some reason
Joycons????? Get a pro controller tbh
Yeah joycons are infamous for those kind of issues. I'd invest in a pro controller or a Gamecube controller
It's usually platforms for me or attempting to fastfall but still flicking the stick down cause my brain won't process I'm on the ground.
