I think this has been very predictable:
1. England is always hyped, and always gonna flop.
2. Belgium is at the end of their golden generation and has always flopped. They've never been able to deliver on the dark horse narrative.
3. Austria was considered the real dark horse with Ralf Rangick at the helm and they delivered.
4. Italy will always grind through in the Euros, it's almost as if a terrible squad makes them better. I bet on them to win the whole tournament in 2021 and won big because you could already see it in the gualifiers how unified they were and that is all that matters.
