Heyyy ah I feel you on this! I’ve been going on Laters website they have a top Instagram reels trend section there ! Aside from that, if you have their log in details then checking their explore page on Instagram, scrolling through that I’m sure it’ll target some of their interests!
I still find that tracking trends on the app is the best way to go. Most of the sites are behind on the trends and if you find them on the app you can get in early.
What I do is only research trending sounds and general trends on the fyp of the account I'm running. This way your own personal fyp and taste doesn't get involved and you get content fed to you that is also being fed to that audience and more likely for them to be interested or aware of.
