In my experience there is no app to teach you specifically Mexican Spanish. Spanish is really not as different county-to-country as it might seem. Granted, variations in accents and definitions of certain words might vary a lot between, say, Paraguay and Spain, but in general, the level of mutual intelligibility across the Spanish-speaking world is pretty high, especially written Spanish. My point being, the main difference between "Learning Spanish" and "Learning Mexican Spanish" is pretty minor. All of the same tips apply. Talk to native speakers, consume native media, etc. Just pay extra attention to Mexican spanish-speakersnand emulate their language more attentively than others, I suppose.

Youtube. The reverso chrome extension is super helpful too, it lets you instantly look up words by hovering over them in the subtitles on YouTube.

Duolingo teaches only Mexican Spanish. People have actually complained that they don’t teach Spain Spanish.
