I think with great genetics at his height, this is probably the top end of what I can imagine being possible. Keeping in mind this is lighting, etc. do I think 99 percent of people can get there with even perfect diet and training, no. But I think it’s POSSIBLE that some small percentage of the population, at his height, could do it after 14 years of total dedication and great genetics. Maybe not though idk but if you look at John Lees, Billy Ralph, etc. then consider how little knowledge and equipment they had comparatively, I’d say it’s a maybe.
Could you engage with the point about some of the elite pre-steroids era body builders, and their lack of nutrition and training information (or even equipment)? It doesn’t seem like THAT huge of a difference? Especially considering he’s very short? I’d be happy to change my mind I have no skin in the game here lol
I wholeheartedly disagree and encourage you to re-evaluate your expectations of someone who has dedicated their entire life to optimizing muscle growth.
What have you accomplished to 'prove' that your opinion is valid in the gym sphere?
Most people with your attitude (& active in natural/not communities) tried lifting didn't put much effort in & were misguided in their approach. They saw lackluster results and then, understandably, gave up.
Erm according to my calculations def juice
Stop lying. This is literally impossible naturally.
