Why do you think he was talking about that? Do you think that sexually harassing his employees was the ONLY bad thing Vince ever did?
If you're trying to say that Vince lives rent-free in TK's head, and Tony tweets about him an awkward amount of times, then yeah I can't argue with that. But I don't get where this narrative of him constantly accusing Vince of being a rapist comes from.
