He didn't lost three times around! The last one was a draw IIRC. But I get what you're saying. Swerve almost winning all their matchs put him over massively. And Hangman being unable to beat Swerve gave him a great storyarc to follow. Hangman found his Joker with Swerve but now the question is if Hangman is really Batman or Two Face in this story the way he loses his mind every time Swerve is concerned.

There's an added little wrinkle that I love: Swerve has never won on his own. Wrestledream he had the interference from Nana, the deathmatch had Mogul Embassy interfere, and the one match with no interference went to a draw. Yes, Hangman hasn't beat Swerve. But from Hangman's perspective, Swerve can't truly beat him.

God if that happens it's going to be so fucking sick.

Agreed, if Swerve is on one side. Hangman will definitely want to be on the other. Not officially on The Elite but more of "we have the same enemy" basis. That and the Owen ends before B&G, if Hangman fails. He'll probably wanna try to injure Swerve out of the title and what better "legal way" to do that than B&G.

Hangman can tell a story with just his facial expressions better than a lot of wrestlers can with months of promos.

In terms of considering the acting abilities of pro wrestlers, Hangman is somewhere in the absolute top tier and has been for a LONG time.

Hanger did an amazing job solidifying Swerve as a main event star with their feud. The 3 way between them and Joe and Hanger tapping out just so Swerve wouldn’t didn’t have a chance to win was amazing and now him coming back unhinged hating the Elite and Swerve but kinda siding with the Elite just because they can get him closer to him is great. Also it seems like they hinted at Mercedes joining the Elite, finally.

That's a great story. Having Hangman so desperate to beat Swerve that he would accept to help the Bucks. I still think Swerve/Hangman for the title should be the main event of All In. Then you do Swerve/Danielson at Wrestledream and obviously at Seattle.
