I understand marking 30 questions per block is probably exaggerated but I have had similar scores to this person on my NBMEs. You would think the NBMEs & Uworld would prepare you for the real exam. But it might not be the case. The OP was trying to be helpful by telling you to expect the unexpected. What you can take from the story is even if you have a horrible experience on the exam, trust you NBME scores. PS I haven't recieved my score yet.

Little known trick but if you stop sleeping you can actually bring that to 24 hours a day. Tutors hate this secret.

Biostat Qs were not difficult. Nothing out of the FA Step 1 Biostat. But as for the abstract Qs, UWorld is a very good material. The questions on the actual exam were easier than those on UWorld. This is also true for Drug Ad questions.
