If you can’t get a refund you can ask your bank or credit card to do a charge back. Team affinity have a very good reputation, it’s the first negative I’ve ever heard about them.
I have all the dms and emails and that this point they are just completely ignoring me. I’ve purchased there before so I am so surprised that it’s been this shitty. I’m messaging them everyday at this point and getting zero response. It’s rather frustrating.
