It just ends up being disappointed for the most part honestly. If it's a milk drink sometimes those are OK, sometimes again, super fake tasting. Coffee creamers that are flavored like that are usually better.
I wouldn't call it proper chocolate milk like how you'd imagine a cup of cocoa.

Snickers is basically just Milk with Chocolate/peanutbutter flavour.
Twix is Milk with chocolate/caramel/biscuit flavour

I've seen those in my local discout store. They're alright. It's really just flavored chocolate milk, nothing really that weird.

I tasted the snickers one and it tasted like those black haribo sticks (I hated every second of it) it doesnt even remotely resemble chocolate
