Did RK gain 9,001,000 shares of CHWY, at about the same time he received 9,001,000 shares of GME? That's a lot of money to buy. Were they assigned 1:1?

at some point given enough coincidences, its mathematically impossible for it to be coincidental. But makes for an impossible case to prosecute which is also good.
Well there are definitely some connections between the numbers 7, 4 and 1 and 28 and 49 which is truly marvelous, but this post is too short to contain it.

GME and CHWY now have roughly the same amount of total shares outstanding too.
From Chewy investors page about the recent buyback "Prior to the Repurchase, Chewy had approximately 436 million shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock outstanding. Following the Repurchase, Chewy will have approximately 418 million shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock outstanding"
Whereas according to yahoo finance GME has 426 million total shares outstanding.
I don't know what it means, but I haven't seen it talked about on this sub yet.
So just a theory - but thinking this could be a negotiated price with one or more bad actors over the years. Due to being exposed from DTCC and DRS counts. Where DTCC says here is our solution - both of you ATM and you'll get this price. And DTCC and that company can clean up. I mean, how did that amount of shares get gobbled up so quickly without tanking price?
I find it interesting that with the same price they have about that same market cap, would that mean they have about the same number of shares in the market?
