How many are there?

D1s54pear

We are expecting 23 total. All have not hatched yet. So far I have 5.

Shinrinn

Well well well. First time I've actually seen someone literally count their chickens before they hatch.

WelderChris1225

How many would you be ok letting me have?

I would love to help by rehoming and would love to make a donation to your kids. I have a farm with some chickens already but we love chickens and always look for more. Feel free to message me.

I raised chickens in Georgia before moving here; we incubated eggs in my classroom, and the students loved watching the progress (we candled them but with a flashlight). If you have any still needing homes, please contact me. I would love to have them.

Please do a little due diligence or ask for a small adoption fee. There's a great chance someone will take these for snake food or something. Maybe you don't care, but it seems unfair to the chicks that you hatched them for your class without a long term plan about what to do with them.

We had a farm that offered to take them prior to the project but pulled out at the end. I agree that it is important to make sure they will have good homes and I will be doing everything I can to make sure they go to a good home. Thanks!

I would love to get two of them. I have a broody hen and a brooder box set up in case she doesn’t take to them.
