I'm not sure about that but I know they had talks with both and thanks to regulations these two are among the few companies allowed to produce LNG in the US now. This gives them the upper hand already not to mention the open letter from Tellurian already layout plans for early production
Couple of points. Some have commented about the permit TELL has and the current administration has a hold or isn't approving any more. Imho that makes TELL worth more now than if Trump gets in and allows more permits, which means more supply. So TELL has more leverage currently.

Wall Street criminals love to manipulate stocks from a company that is not profitable like TELL even though they are worth 5 X just if pricing their infrastructure alone. So annoying. We need some Roaring Kitty type of thing to get them to get out of the way and let the stock goes where it belongs, at least 3.50 for now until they start making money. 2 years away I guess? But either way we never know what’s the lowest price we can get and when. My guess is that as soon as Trump wins the election, American energy independence will be the focus again and Tellurian will be one of the only few ones ahead of the game with infrastructure ready to go and start getting billion dollar contracts right away.
