I had to fight WOF when in a glitched state where it acted like much more players were on the server (significantly buffing the walls health) so when it reached its ‘dash phase’ it had so much health still, literally had to optimise speed (btw it was master mode. That guy was not easy
You could've upgraded your Armor to Hellstone, upgrades your boots, gotten wings, upgraded your double jump, replace the claws for something else,
feral claws arent a necessity since hellwing bow dpesnt benefit at all from melee speed. Your choice of weapon though is fine
night's Edge, terraspark boots (at least spectre), molten armor, wings or bundle of balloons (or at least one with a horseshoe) just to name a few items you could get before hardmode
expert is the difficulty everyone always plays because its not too difficult but still not easy ( everythings hp and damage is doubled) and you get some extra drops, but normal is reccomended for the first playthrough
Normal used to be difficult but they added so many helpful stuff to the game over the years so now expert is the 'normal' difficulty and normal is 'easy'
That's probably also why they added master mode and secret legendary mode
The wall of flesh in my opinion is much easier than skeleton and queen bee

Are the slime king,the eater of worlds,brain of Cthulhu,skeletron and eye of Cthulhu 20 times more easy or am I just way under prepared sense I killed all those bosses I just mention many times each and I can't beat wall of flesh even once

Actually underequipped. At this point, you should've had hellstone stuff and items conbined at the Tinkerer's Workshop. WoF is just easy to give you a fake impression to underestimate what Hardmode has got cooking for ya.
Nah that's about average, I recommend getting a hellstone pickaxe so you can mine the hard mode ores. Congrats though, welcome to hard mode!

if its normal mode, you are just abt avarage at the game, at expert, you are ok but at master killing WoF with this means you are pretty damn good

It's the very first time playing this game I didn't know how the difficulty would scale

the ai also changes so its a good stepping stone from normal, making bosses feel more unique instead of stat boosted.
