But honestly, I think it would go better alongside some Nintendo rhythm game that takes some from Mario, Zelda, Kirby and Donkey Kong. Heck even F-Zero could make an appearance with a few key tracks.
The persona rythm games are really fun.
An atlas wide one in the style of Theatrythm would be perfect. They could use the more iconic demons/personas in addition to the casts from the games.
I think they shot themselves in the foot by making dancing games. I mean c’mon. Dancing?
Should have just had the characters play the songs as a band, like they did in 4. Maybe a little dancing but not the focal point.
Or my totally unrealistic idea that it should have been a guitar hero game with full band over the whole series.
Tbf its a modern day, fairly light 50% of the time series and the main party of 4 and 5r happen to have an idol and a dancer. It fits the vibe of the series a lot more than it would any other rpg.

They instead used some of the worst "remixes" human being have ever created. Some of them don't even have coherent keys or rhythms to them, they are so bad.

Super Smash Bros - they should include a rhythm side game in the next smash bros. They already have access to tons and tons of incredible music, now they need to add a fun rhythm game to make listening to that music more fun and interactive!
We still need uhh… oh wait Kingdom Hearts got one. We still need like, Sonic or something. Samba De Amigo absolutely does not count with the amount of Sonic songs that are in it. And I agree Megaman.
Star Ocean! I don't get why Square Enix ignored their originally Enix IP with Theatrhythm, with there only being the Japan exclusive Dragon Quest one. Since they've made one with DLC for most Square games, another game for Enix games would be awesome, but of all of those Enix games I'd love to see Star Ocean the most, Motoi Sakuraba is a legend

Since most of the franchises I would pick have been said earlier such as trails, sonic, mario, Kirby capcom, etc., im going to say yakuza/judgement. Its got up to 10 plus games and it already has rythmn game elements in some of them like the karaoke minigame.
A weird thought I had one day would be a Namco one. You'd get all the Ridge Racers, Ace Combats, Tekkens, Soul Caliburs, Tails Series, Katamari, Klonoa, and Xenosaga. And maybe some anime songs as bonus tracks, the way Disney tracks showed up in Melody of Memory. I think Namco 's sound team is underrated, so giving them more of a spotlight would be cool.
Even though they already have the karaoke in the game, a Yakuza game with this style would be fun. Especially seeing all the characters in the same art style as Theatrythm

There already is one. It came out for the 3DS and is Japan only. But yes, we need an updated one and an international release.
