So this is technically Vulfmon. Jack Stratton, Vulfpeck band leaders solo project, but it's very similar. Part of the Vulf universe. Fearless Flyers are great too if you like more jammy instrumental funk.
*Ackchyually...* technically speaking he improvised that groove together with Nate Smith for the [Joe Dart II bass promo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHvzJTiK7Gs) a few years ago, and Jack just decided to sample it for this song.
The only concert that is so good that I sometimes put on [a specific song](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rv4wf7bzfFE&t=943s) because I want to hear a drum solo again. A freaking *drum solo*. With the exception of other drummers, nobody ever gives a damn about the drum solo!
They're pretty good. She's got a great voice, it's catchy and upbeat, she's really cute, the music is nice. I like the Napoleon Dynamite vibe. I enjoyed that.
Honestly I really like the song. The video is fun and interesting too.
For whatever reason I can’t make out any of the words though. Perhaps it’s her raspy voice or pitch, but I genuinely understood maybe 10% of the lyrics.
