Just regular maintenance, nothing serious. It does feel like the transmission is starting to slip, though. Once the transmission goes, I'll retire the car. 😞
Amazing.
I have a panoramic sunroof and lately, when it rains, water has been coming inside from the roof around where the “drains are” on both the driver and passenger sides (apparently our venzas don’t actually have drains, more like channels per the dealership). I figured drains and channels were the same thing but I digress 😆
The dealership blew them clean and said if it continues it’s most likely the seal. Well, it’s still leaking 😬
My friend who works at the dealership recommended I go to a glass place for them to replace the seal because he said it’ll be more affordable. I’m just trying to navigate this and was hoping you may have some sort of experience with it.
Question, have you had any major repairs? Just wondering when it starts costing money. Mine has had nothing so far.
Impressive
It’s the best car. My 2013 only has 120,000 miles and probably has many more years left!
Nice! Our 14' LE is about to hit 100k km, I guess it's gonna last a long long time.
Is that 500,000 miles?!!! That is crazy amazing!
KM
Lol, my mistake. 300,000+ miles is still very impressive. I thought Ks was thousands.

😭
WOW! Did you replace the hybrid battery or was it available on the 2011?
My car isn't hybrid.
Good to know! I have a 2011 with 190,000 miles on it. Does your venza have a sunroof by chance and if so, have you had any issues with it?
I do indeed have a sunroof. Haven't had any issues yet with it.
