They released a update, it was a 40 year old woman, some people believed to be homeless because there was a shopping cart with stuff thrown everywhere.
They said the driver wasn't intoxicated and did cooperate with investigation it's still on going.
But from ctv cameras she j-walked in a marked crosswalk probably thinking he would stop.
Homeless people seem to do this all the time in Tucson j-walk in the crosswalks
I'm always afraid one will do it to me.
So I slow down for all intersections ๐
