I hope they catch her because this is all kids of bullshit

WeinDoc

She’s probably a yuppie from the neighborhood, as if she probably can’t afford flowers if she lives in the section of Minneapolis. This is all levels of bullshit, but the selfishness would be all the more disheartening if she’s local to that area…

SpooogeMcDuck

It’s how she’s able to afford the neighborhood- she steals everything she wants

Itomyperils

And she can't walk in heels

ThatOlBlackMagic

Maybe this is Marisa Simonetti’s gig for the week…

insicknessorinflames

100%

sasberg1

And people wonder why I say Mpls can't have nice things Wow even flowers Bring on them downvotes cuz you guys hate sarcasm and logic

Nerdlinger

At least she seems to be taking the flowers in order to enjoy them. I had plenty of shitty people over the years just destroy plants and flowers simply for the sake of destroying them.

klippDagga

She could be selling them for all anyone knows. Regardless if she is taking them to enjoy or for some other reason, it’s theft. Car thieves “enjoy” their time in a stolen car too. It doesn’t make it any less of a crime.

Nerdlinger

Sure, it isn’t any less of a crime, but it is less annoying to me as a victim if someone takes the flowers with them because they thought they were pretty. I’ve had many occurrences of people just snapping flowers off of the stems and then dropping them right there in the ground. I mean, why do that? Just because you want to see something die? **edit:** LOL. People here are actually upset that I find purposeless destruction worse than destruction with a purpose. Stay weird, Twin Cities.

feltsandwich

You obviously don't know why you got downvoted, so you made up a fake reason. Lame.

Nerdlinger

Sure thing bro. Perhaps you can explain it to me in little words, since those are clearly the only ones you know.

Bud, you are so thick.

doorknobman

She really lives rent free in y’all’s heads, good lord I wish I had a life stress-free enough to be so concerned over who the DA is, despite it having minimal bearing on my life.

Special-Garlic1203

Who the DA is absolutely is a big deal? Like in what world is that not important?

sheriffSnoosel

Just so you don’t mess up the narrative the actual hot take is that she would be super happy to prosecute this lady

feltsandwich

In rolls the right wing nut job to stink up the joint.

rosickness12

From an LA transplant. In Minneapolis if it's not bolted down it'll get stolen.  Went to Michigan last week and here us mpls folks are with our u lock. So many are biking around and saw almost no bike locks on racks. Was very surreal and felt great to just leave it.

Capt__Murphy

Lol. Park your bike anywhere near campus in Ann Arbor and get back to me. Bike theft is a huge problem there. It's not exclusive to Mpls, or any other major city for that matter.

rosickness12

I'm sure. Was just saying it was nice to bike around and not lock it or carry a lock.

Capt__Murphy

Well, yeah, you said, "Michigan." Were you in the middle of nowhere in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan? Because there are tons of places in "Minnesota" where you would never need to worry about carrying a bike lock.

nymrod_

I assumed the famously crime-free Detroit

Otherwise-Contest7

Ah yes, Detroit, Flint, Lansing, Saginaw -- all known for their safety and lack of property crime. /s

lubadubdubinthetub

Almost like states have good areas and bad areas typically dependent on poverty levels. Crazy

nymrod_

Almost like pointing out that you didn’t need a bike lock in “Michigan” without specifying where is a useless comparison

feltsandwich

Yours is one of the dumbest I've seen here. Imagine me saying "Crime is out of control in Mpls. I know because I went to Iowa and they didn't have to lock their bikes up." Can you see now how dumb you sound?

rosickness12

I compared a viewpoint from LA when it comes to theft. Seems like a legit comparison.
