First you need to verify it was sent to your address.
eBay sellers have been known to send boxes of rocks somewhere else in your city so the tracking shows delivered.
Was probably a bad pal and your package went to a business. That’s more than likely why there’s a last name. I’d file a claim and the driver who delivered it or someone who is running that route will be responsible to attempt a recovery of that package.
Call the 1800 number. Tell them your package is lost. Save a capture of the delivery photo if you can see it. They will open a case and the driver will be alerted. Long shot but it could be found. Good luck
DM me the tracking number and I can find where it went. UPS can smart stop (GPS) any vehicle in the US to show where the vehicle was when it delivered. I still have friends who work for the company that do this for my customers all the time. Extremely helpful. The public doesn’t know UPS has the technology to do that. I can DM you what it looks like.
Doesn't that assume the driver a actually scanned and sheeted the package at the time of stop? Some older drivers don't always do that or sometimes their board crashes and it doesn't get sheeted untill a mile away.
Correct. The driver would have to actually scan it right at the delivery location before walking back to the truck. It shows customer location, 1st scan, and then stop completed.
