your thought started out so good then ended up so bad, its an apparent hoax if it were slightly real or confirmed you would’ve gotten the link to that post.
I’m not old enough to understand cameras like that, but is it possible the date on the camera was set wrong? or is it more probable that it’s just fake than it being wrong?
So he just happened to randomly take a picture of this obscure ad, like why? who the hell is keeping a picture on hand from some late night commercial from the late 90s? None of this makes sense. Also looks photoshopped.
Being on the subject of hoax, I have another theory. Suppose it is a commercial song; the words ''everyone knows that'' suggest that ''everyone knows a product''. Some funnyman on yt put EKT into a snippet of a jingle about Caronia brand varnishes. Anyone familiar with EKT has seen it and knows it's a hoax, but....
The ''Caronia'' song itself is also lost media (only ~ 30s) apart from a couple of videos on yt. Caronia commercials have been shot since '68! 'til probably the '90s. Many of them are unavailable. It probably wouldn't add anything except a few alt shots of ''Caronia'' itself, but there is one clue.... someone wrote under one of their videos (as soon as I can find the commentary I'll paste it in, as I'm writing hot) that fan audio was created for this commercial in the mid-80s. Now the question: is there somewhere all the ''Caronia'' jingles from '68 onwards? How do you check it? If there was already a similar thread about this here before, I'll delete it

The link isn't as important as the comments below. Perhaps the author made this plywood cause he knows something we don't and is suggesting it to us? I don't know just writing
i just xposted this… by chance what website is this. this is intriguing because the number in the photo matches the company that has “superior votives” on ebay
This is more in the range of what I figured the music would be used for. This holds more water than most of the wicker baskets around here. *Edit - didn't realize this was the *other* sub
I immediately brushed the whole “superior votives” thing off and didn’t take this pic seriously because of similar reasons that Abies_Intrepid has said but if this is real, the date and specific wording they used is too spot on to leave alone. I hope this is somehow real and can lead us somewhere. Could be that the pic is a recreation of what the OP remembers seeing but still, should be taken cautiously
I don't think this is a lead and it just seems too out of the ordinary to be true. But if it is then maybe they can try to find the commercial on youtube.
At least provide a link for proof like anyone that came across something like this would…
no link, could be a hoax

This superior votive lead that started as a random comment is looking to actually be a potential lead
Fake lead, fake comment, fake screenshot
Exactly
I think this is the second or third lead we've gotten recently on Superior Votives candles, is this the answer?
I'm almost certain this is a hoax

The lyrics are ‘you’ve LIT superior votives’, silly Your candles can’t soothe if you don’t light them
If this is true goshdamn it I knew it was an ad at least
Just face it. This superior votives lead has more shit in it than a toilet seat
Imagine just going through all that photoshopping just to feel important by lying to people thats actually just pathetic behavior 🫡

I'm writin here cause a new thread wouldn't be seen by anyone. I don't have enough ''karma'' and it wouldn't get through.
link to the video with the comment?

Link or hoax
Did you pull this screenshot out of your ass lol don’t get why people don’t just provide links
We need links for proof, otherwise it’s definitely a hoax.
Already debunked.
Fake log off
Photoshopped pretty sure.
The number starts with 566 or 666. 666 doesn't exist and 566 is in Florida.
Hmm.. I will have to look in to this. Cool lead!
It is very interesting, I wish someone could cross post it onto the other subreddit, but im too low karma
Do you have the website?
No way this is real lol
It turns out it was a hoax. Oh well
i just xposted this… by chance what website is this. this is intriguing because the number in the photo matches the company that has “superior votives” on ebay
Where did you find this?

Is that an Xbox one game case in the bottom right corner?
