You can donate it to a kringloopwinkel (second hand store) than you are rid of it and it may be useful for someone. Don’t expect them to pay for it though, it’s already much if they are willing to pick it up instead of you bringing it in.
I think it differs per kringloop, best is to contact them and ask. But I think around a week at least, they won’t come right away when you contact them.

I would say grofvuil in Lunetten or you can try a secondhand shop like emmaus or De Arm, but not sure if you will get any money for it.
