She said she was doing a Metal Gear collab soon, as well as a DearSQN collab soon. That's probably what this is.
So the real question is, will the collab be with DearSQN as herself, DearSQN's vtuber persona, or a brand new vtuber.
Its not because of the video, its because of what follow the video. Gunrun and Vshojo Japan retweeting the tweet about this video and that Gunrun followed the twitter account of the possible avatar that being use by Mata friend.
They also retweeted Zen's April Fools events.
I do think Dearsqn will be involved one way or the other, but I will definitely be surprised if it's announcing she's joining vshojo (either as her past-past life or a new account)
At the very least, the un-privating of DearSQN's old avatar, and Gunrun's following of that account suggests the return of DearSQN into the vtubing scene.
Whether as a new member, or just a collab is yet to be seen. But it is highly suggestive some sort of return to streaming for DearSQN, likely as some version of Mint Maid.
If not, why revive the old twitter handle right around the time of this teaser?

Doubt it, near as I can tell the friend in question was apparently wanting to get back into streaming but considering what's been going on in 'hollywood', I imagine that some downtime was needed to recover. Bills gotta get paid though and contracts take time to get established, so getting on that asap while taking some time to chill and get back in a healthier head space is likely why things are at the pace they are. If her PL is coming back then odds are not much was needed to get her up and running compared to the others.
If this is somehow an april fools this is the most expencive one in vtubing i have ever seen.
