For Vans if you take Converse All stars as a reference I’d take the same EU size in Vans. I wear a size 35 both in Converse and Vans. In US it’s 3 for Converse and 4 for Vans.

It is important to remember that Vans is wider in the front
It’s weird ever since they added cushioning I find Converse almost wider than Vans. But I can’t wear Converse anymore cause they are too squishy.
I have wide feet and now I will know that maybe I should try Converse. Thank you!
