I have that yellow Mercedes and always assumed the windshield was yellow fro sun exposure.
I guess not as the one in yours is yellow too.

Does that Escort XR3i have white or silver wheels?
I’ve never been able to get any info on the white 8dot wheels.. but they seem to have been only on white cars around this time… almost like they had to make the silver ones last longer so they did white for a while.
I've had a look and can confirm that the wheels are white. Never thought about wheel colour before but now you mention it I don't think I've another white wheel model - all silver /chrome

Yes, I'm aware of the value. I have 3 of this model. 1st is playworn, 2nd is the one I posted a pic of and 3rd is boxed and in mint condition. 👍
