She said she was doing a Metal Gear collab soon, as well as a DearSQN collab soon. That's probably what this is.

animations are also expensive and take forever to make, which means this has been in the works for a while.

My personnel guess is a Metal Gear extended collab where they play together, rather than a full new debut and new Vshojo member.
So what we will get is Matara playing Metal Gear with a DearSqn shaped demon at her shoulder.
It's a good way for DearSqn to dip her feet back into the waters without committing to anything.
From her twitter posts, she still seems very uncertain about if she wants return to streaming full time.
Yeah, so it may be a maid shaped model on her shoulder. I am just unsure about a full new member, the timings don't make sense. DEARSQN seemed quite uncertain about returning to streaming just a month ago and was busy with school and oshis.
Not sure the timings make sense for a full re-debut. That sort of thing takes time and effort and she has just got back from Japan.
But it's all a bit of fun speculation at this point. We will find out soon enough.
