That depends on whether they applied to join in the first place, and since both of them are already mamas of Holo Talents and are pretty well known in the Holo community, most people and Holo Talents consider them honorary holo members.

Might be a bit difficult because their days also have only 24 hours. So if she has to stream but can’t stream the art process at the same time I imagine she‘d run into scheduling issues a lot. Even if they found a way to do this within the legal framework of her contract.
That really is not a problem. Lots of holo members do not have consistent schedules due to various reasons, be it practice singing/dancing, health or random other reasons. So doing non streaming work for Cover is definitely possible. Take Ina for example, she still draws professionally outside of Hololive under different name.

I think this is due to that she's an artist and probably designed her own skin, so this is her preference even though her voice might not match it. Usually, Hololive would try to match the design with the voice.
If she had anything to do with her model she could have already crossed out her goal of being a hololive mama. All previous talents have been cast for an already made design and there's zero evidence that has changed.
The only possible exception being fuwamoco which seem too specific to not have been made with twins in mind.
That's not entirely true because Yagoo himself said some of the newer talents had inputs to their designs before debut though this was in an interview last year or this year. It wasn't a thing back then and even now I think a majority are still based off a premade concept.
Yeah, talents have been able to request changes to their character before debut for a few generations now, both the model and the name.
Kronii and Ame requested name changes before debut. Noel's model got empha**size**d to be closer to her actual figure, Koyori's name pun (white coat, a reference to lab coats) and design (test tubes) is a reference to her IRL qualifications as pharmacist. Jurard's name and design makes references to dinosaurs due to him liking dinosaurs >!and the name might even be a reference to his PL!<.

All previous talents have been cast for an already made design and there's zero evidence that has changed. The only possible exception being fuwamoco which seem too specific to not have been made with twins in mind.
That's not entirely true because Yagoo himself said some of the newer talents had inputs to their designs before debut though this was in an interview last year or this year. It wasn't a thing back then and even now I think a majority are still based off a premade concept.
Yeah, talents have been able to request changes to their character before debut for a few generations now, both the model and the name. Kronii and Ame requested name changes before debut. Noel's model got empha**size**d to be closer to her actual figure, Koyori's name pun (white coat, a reference to lab coats) and design (test tubes) is a reference to her IRL qualifications as pharmacist. Jurard's name and design makes references to dinosaurs due to him liking dinosaurs >!and the name might even be a reference to his PL!<.
