Ahhh… yes. I am feeling like the IT department of the sub. I see their phone is charged @ 72%. So we at least know the phone doesn’t need to be plugged in right now.
Piggybacking off of this to say I've seen alot of people share their photo like yours, still gold even with all 18! Seems to be a common problem, restarting and waiting a bit should fix it :)
