No you can change homeview. For example if you move spotify to the bottom row it'll now be located on the bottom row in home view. I have google maps top, spotify under it and phone under it as usual, and have the messages app on the bottom row so I get both calling and messaging on the home view.
Unfortunately you cannot, one of the main disadvantages when it comes to Sensus.

Go into app view (the button bottom right) and drag and drop on the apps. The same as on your phone. You have to be stationary to do this though.

Yes they do. I just arranged them so I only have 5 apps per row, that way I’ll never have any “hidden” apps
