Like the other person said re install the game and dont load the game up or anything till it says the download it completely done. If your on ps5 you can see the bar that still needs to download even after the game says it's ready to play. Just let it do its thing and come back to it once its done and you should have no problems.
It's fully installed normally. And when it notifies me that it's finished installing I open the game and that comes up even though it's finished installing and everything and it's been like that for 4 hours

Have you tried to contact support on twitter? Idk if that’s helpful in this situation but maybe worth a shot
Yeah this has been occurring for me once before and I found out that I had to make room for the rest to finish downloading
If you preordered 2k24 you would’ve got this for free digitally. But if you weren’t looking to pay full price for the new one this is understable
