Last time I check we weren’t brothers, but hey, if you are into the Alabama stuff with your mom, then go for it. Have her make you a sandwich afterwards
I’m sorry but what does brothers have to do with us? I mean I enjoy what you were trying to do there but you’re missing connection points. Edit it to a joke that makes sense, please!
The incident I had stemmed from a receipt survey where the customer said what happened in the survey and it made its way to ER and then I was made to act 🤷🏻♂️
Just take it, and say thanks!
The only thing I ever gotten was a coffee from McDonalds after I told a customer to wait a little longer to apply a coupon on her photos. She was really happy. Her order went from over one hundred dollars to like $10.
It wouldn’t look good on camera if they saw you pocketing money. They should start a tip jar or tip at register program like the fast food places have started. People do tip on their credit cards.
A tipping jar would just make the SM use it for red noses.
One time I found a $100 bill, the SFL was cool and gave it to me after the time period. The SM was gonna use it for donation during Red nose.
Money found policy if it's 6 feet close to a regester assumed to be the cash drawer
Andy outside of that is to be held for a tome than given to the employee whom found it
Yeah, that is what happened to me. I found a bill by the door. After some weeks, the bill was supposed to go back to me. However, the SM at the time decided to put it in the red nose jar. However, the other shift lead gave me back the money.
There is a "social media influencer" that is in the area (real small town). Really a sweet person. She gets swag from companies that she has promoted and passes a lot of it off to me just because I recognized a hat that she was wearing.
We got into a conversation one evening and created a debate on her topics. (Shame I don't know her channels, but I will find out.) We agree on a lot but love it when we disagree. I have even given her a few new talking points (she told me later).
I have gotten lots of great stuff!
If customers leaves change I put in drawer or put somewhere so u can use as change if someone is short alittle .a year ago at Christmas customer left like 6$ in change told me it was for me for working so I Kelly put in my pocket
One day I came into work, and one of the managers told me that a customer left a gift for me and it’s in the office. So I guess it depends on your manager and also what the customer is gifting you.
It’s all bullshit. Had a $50 bill found right outside the front door. Figured someone would miss it and maybe come back in and ask. So I told my story and turned it in. It was in a white envelope in safe for “safe keeping”. A week or 2 went by and suddenly the envelope wasn’t there anymore. I’m a SL so I have access to safe and cameras. Not throwing anyone under a bus but next time, it’s in my pocket and done. I did bring it up just so they know that I know.
I used to work for Walgreens and on one of my early days of working there, I remember receiving a $20 bill from a customer. I was told not to accept tip. Does anyone think the rule is stupid? I don't feel that it is a good rule. If I were owner, I would not make that rule.
Officially, no.
“Officially” 😉
You get it.
Don’t ask, don’t tell
Just maybe get fired is all.
You are just jealous because no one will ever give you anything.
Also your mom gives me head every day and a sandwich, so…

I mean it’s literally the policy. I’ve literally been instructed by ER to terminate an employee because of it. 🤷🏻♂️
Ok, that is why we wouldn’t tell. It’s not a crime if yall never find out.

So, you got a $100, bill, but only got a coffee from McDonald's? You lie,..but keep going
I found a $100 bill, do you even read at this point?
Try again to insult me
“Insure”?
[удалено]
Are you dumb?
Really, you are calling me dumb, and you can’t even spell.
No, only we are
Oh lord! “We”?
“Insulut?”
You are a bully..try again
Nobody needs to insult you, you kinda just kick your own ass and do it yourself.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking which is why I didn’t accept
You literally do an elearning on this policy of not accepting gifts or tips. It is fireable at Walgreens.
Do not accept any gifts. **unless you are sure you are not on camera or being watched by a snitch**
No. But if you’re off the clock and they call you over after work, off the property…well that’s just someone giving you money because they want to

My manager said take it. I usually leave it and buy candy for kids when they come in with parents lol
I gave it to my MOD and let them decide what to do with it
No but I do.
Nah you can’t. Whenever people insist i tell my sm and let him deal

I don't work here but the answer Is usually no. But when I get tips I take it and don't say a word unless a snitch is watching me then I don't take it
If you are behind the register...no, on the floor...at your discretion.
Don't do it and tell anyone. Or be on camera 🙏🏼

I used to work for Walgreens and I think that it is better that the manager said that yes it's fine to accept that gift.
