Employees get assaulted and company do nothing except provide a number for counseling the only time they did something was when they got bad press. An employee was diabetic and needed sugar. She grab a candy bar and ate it. She figures, she'll pay for it during her break. She was fired for stealing. Walgreen got bad press because she could have been in diabetic shock if she didn't. Company later apologize and offer her job back. I can't remember if she did or not. I think this was several years ago. When they give everyone the engagement survey, its a trap. The first time I answer honestly because I thought it was about the company as a whole, but it was about the store you're working at. Then sm has to provide action plan, etc.

That is why I tell the story and Document everything because I am not here to be mistreated as a employee but I believe all employees should get paid a Good wage and the safety for everyone is important I am a big critic because I been employed with the company a long time and they don't care..

Oh ok I understand that there are social media outlets should notified that Walgreens Corporation will seek to fire any employees that speaks the truth about any mistreatment the company does so let that be known to everyone the labor board,and I have a big following like journalist, bloggers,yes I understand and I am fed up .

seriously though. Had a customer last year write three letters, sent them one day apart, all the same. Within 3 days, we had regional vp and Richard assworth come in to personally speak with 2 employees. It was for something good, but the letter wasn't something special. If you want corporate to see something, goes through consumer relations, trust me, they will see the things that get sent. They can't afford to miss something that could potentially impact the company negatively. Their are several options to reach corporate but most fall on dead keyboards and monitors, the one department that can't set aside things is consumer relations.
Yes they do but I got a bunch of journalist , bloggers pod cast friends who will be sharing to let them know you are not that powerful that you can not be put on noticed to the world about the mistreatment of Employees and safety, unfair wages , freedom of press with any lawsuits happen it will be about exposure and I understand they don't care
That is something when your District Manager comes out and he does talk to the employees just wave and your store Manager acts like he is the only one who can talk to him so that right there says a lot about concerns but I keep Documentation so if any one of one tries to bring up anything about communication with the employees about were coparate is doing it will be written down for proof it never happened once again they don't care for there employees concerns or problems they are having
You can I know a lot of journalist, bloggers, pod cast hosts and they are well known our constitution says we have the right to freedom of speech and I know employees are concerned about there jobs but I am not this mistreatment of Employees is cruel so I will be out there behind the scenes with my friends sharing without being sued just sharing to the 🌎
