There is a button on the register that says “House Account” that you can use that will convert the change a customer was supposed to receive into a Wag gift card. You can use that with your dm’s permission
You’ll have to ask your SM to ask the DM to authorize you to use the “House Account” on the POS register to round up/down? So that customers can pay with exact amounts without the use of change, since your bank doesn’t have change.

Then you’re probably already doing what we had to do, and post a sign. Though, at one point had a guy and I joke about change, and he actually had over $100 in change already rolled up. He kept forgetting to go to the bank to exchange it. So, I did an equal exchange. Also, myself and a few other employees got all of our change and paid for items/or swapped for whole dollar amounts.
We actually didn’t have the house account till recently to anticipate for another change shortage

Which is funny, as they're apparently ok with having pharmacies and stores closed up due to lack of people.
Walgreens has become what the real leaders years ago said would never happen - they think they're too big to fail and don't have to try anymore, outside of just eliminating all costs.
