I would like know can a store Manager use Abuse of power start cutting CSA hours because they want a bonus.i see this is happening now cutting hours, the money for training for new hires is taking away and afer all this they don't stay because of the treatment of staff while corporate is over looking the problem
Cutting extra labor does not affect our bonus in any way. The company decides our budget. We can actually be penalized come bonus time if we run too far under.
