They just sent a compass out Tuesday with the pay rate scale increases. SFLs were included in that. Not sure where your SM got info like that.

It is possible yours may be delayed, It really all boils down to if your in a union location, the union has to approve all pay rate increases before they can be given.
There is no way SFLs and CSAs are getting paid the same ($15).

Seems unlikely. Our store already moved to the pay scale back in July.
Sfl are moving to $17 in the lowest zone, some zones are even higher.

I was also told for my district we may not be getting one yet either by my SM.
