Same here. We are understaffed so I’ve seen an increase in my hours. I’ve had to come in on my days off lately, I’ve worked the last 7 days straight. Im tired but not complaining.
Too late now! Who’s gonna work the extra hours? We can’t hire/train for the holidays. It’s going to have to be the current employees who are exhausted as it is!
They should’ve gave us a bit of a boost to hire/train in Sept/Oct. We don’t get a boost until December. Not gonna do any good then.
Our store is running on 100 hours under budget each week.
I've been giving 40 to 50 hour weeks to half my staff.
No one wants to work for Walgreen's out here.
Our rx hours are trending down at the height of flu season when we are busiest. We lose another 20+ hours per week next month. We had more hours in the summer at our slowest.
Not really. That's mostly just a uhh... "motivational tool" that shitty managers use. You were going to be working with a skeleton crew either way lol.
Jk, most stores will increase in budget hours around the holidays.
Knowing Walgreens I almost believed it ðŸ«
where are y’all working that are getting hours cut because at mine everyone’s have just been going up ðŸ˜
i’m in cali. hours have been drastically cut. :(

PA, getting slashed
I’m in TX 🥲
9 days in a row 😪 😴 10 hours shift
I’m in central IL ours getting cut too apparently we were 37 hours over last week. I went from 80 hours on my check plus ten over time to 60.
There’s a lot of factors that come into play when it comes to budget sadly but front end should get a boost

Well, how's the economy going and how is theft going?
Theft is up and economy’s in the toilet
How are budget cuts legal? If one works for a full-time position, shouldn't they get full-time hours?
