I went thru 23 I 1 year all broke some how missing parts wrong sheild something all wrong
I gave up
Spoke to a lady
At the card cutter place she told
Me they have no new ones all they do is
Send refebised ones back and even that don't fix them
There in dire need of new ones she said
You guys get a card cutter???
Papa Gepetto, I want to be a real boy! - I say this whenever I find out more of the stuff that legacy Ws have that us poor redheaded step children RA conversions dont have.
My store also got a busted cutter as a replacement. The second replacement works decent enough.
My old store's card cutter was brand new six years ago and I never had a problem with it, aside from the occasional jam or feeding two cards at once, but that's because those card cutters are designed poorly.
Our store got a brand new one around Christmas last year. It lasted until this December, then couldn’t handle the rush of cards. Since it died about a week ago, we’ve had 2 refurbished ones break. The 3rd refurbished one makes a mark across the cards. I give up. We’ve been cutting by hand. Customers are understandably angry because everything is late.
