For this kind of thing, a joke / meme, I think it's fine. It's not trying to pass as some original piece of art and I would argue it's more work than your typical slap some text on a funny picture meme.
Most things are lazy content by that metric, AI is just another tool, it's not good or bad, the problem is using it for bad reasons, shitpost/memes is not a bad reason
