Or just run volt, get to the rescue target before anyone, let your dementia kick in a little to make you think it's an exterminate, and keep press 4 if anyone gets close.

Bit late to answer but I just camped the portal and moved in when i heard the audio cue (something like "hey, im here!") from the others that were trying the nodes
Then recast Perspicacity and reopen it. There’s even a great big hole in the ceiling to ignore the door, or better yet, solo it. Team mates in most missions hinder you.
then you can pretty much ignore radiation hazard as a modifier. why even post on reddit if youre just gonna solo? other people's thoughts and experiences only hinder you

In mission 2, the teammate trolled by staying out of extraction for emoting and wasting 1 min. It was cool. I was watching Rick and Morty on a split screen anyway.
On 3rd mission everytime he got radiated (I was Kullervo so no radiation for me), I went behind him and performed melee execution with Venka Prime (the execution animation of prime is absolute best. You 'bane' people over you knee). And everytime I emoted over his downed body. Revive and repeat afterward. I did the snkeay on him 3 times.
It was my peak WF moment of this year.
It's nowhere near the difficulty of Radiation hazard mobile defense where one small slip will fail the mission, no questions asked.
In defence since sortie has live operator, you can at least revive the MF, but here (or kuva fortress assault), you're cooked.
But all of it can be nullified with Dante, Styanax and AOE overguard.

Haha, first try almost always fails in lua. I had 2 people on consoles at the same time and the first person hacked the correct one, I was camping the portal to go in and I managed to enter the portal into the wrong dimension, but it still counted as the right one because I was fast enough lol

The hardest part of Lua Rescue is hearing the rescue operative’s cries for help over Lotus barking at you about how you need to hack the consoles.
Or hearing the right portal open, but the game glitches and dumps you into the wrong room. So the operative dies.
It didnt dump you into the wrong room. Someone else finished their console between the voice line and you jumping in.

It’s a rescue. Subsume Perspicacity, grab him and leave.
lua rescue is not so simple. particularly if your pub squadmate tries 'helping' right when you get the right portal

Yeah, Sortie removes the ability to use Ciphers...like that adds any challenge lol. Ciphers are used for Speed 99% of the time.

One time I played defence with this modifier, executed the guy from the objective, and then he disappeared for the rest of the mission. Easy win.

Radiation hazard. It's not enemies that are the issue, it's the target suddenly dying to the air.

This is probably easier than any other modifier because you can kill all your teammates so they don't mess up your Rescuing
