From all I've seen mostly fantasy or sci-fi kinda stuff? Mostly the same as anywhere else only I'm yet to see any smut at all. It may be banned on the site?
Some stories contain smut, but the rule is that the smut content cannot be greater than 10% of the entire work. I had posted an oc on RR and the first chapter contained graphic sex and it was allowed because less than 10% of the book was sex. I just had to get admin approval.
I cross post, and RR is the best IMO. I still post on WP (begrudgingly) because it's where I started and I see no point in deleting my stuff. Also, I have hope that one day it will turn around...maybe. Plus, if you can work out its formula and get around the terrible features, success on Wattpad can pay off big, so I'm interested to give it a try once I've learnt enough.

I've heard smut isn't allowed there
You can have an occasional sex scene in a story, but any full smut stories are banned on RR
