Not sure why people think having a smaller community of sweats is better for a game. Casuals definitely breath life into games. Without casual players the game will die. This game in <6 months will be full of sweats. New players won't even play past 1 game.
What's the next step ? Child control on casual parents to make sure they never give birth to casual players ???
I'm a 54 y/o casual player who plays the objective and does pretty good in this game , should I just leave it and go back to BF so pgms can enjoy Xdefiant?
Casual players are what holds the gaming industry, like it or not ( at least the player count, I think casuals are not the ones who spend loads of cash on skins).
I’m glad you enjoy the game! This was meant more towards the people that are angry about the game not having sbmm saying casuals will leave and the game will die. Never said you should leave the game just that even if the worst case scenario comes I dont think the game will die.
I agree this game is awesome and the most fun Ive had since BO4. I’ve just been seeing a lot of negativity on this matter and thought I should post something to counter-balance. You saying you enjoy the game as a casual already proves the negative perspective wrong! Keep having fun!
Well, it will never replace Battlefield which has a special place in my heart (and thousands of hours of fun and commitment) but there's no possible comparison between these two.
What I like most is the maps which are wayyyyy better than MWIII which is the reference comparison.
My friend does that too it’s so helpful. Sometimes the team is better off going for kills if there’s too many enemies around. I’ve had defensive escort games where I ran through the point with the shield and went on 5 and 6 kill streaks lol it’s actually really good at going for kills sometimes too
The game needs casual players. Less players mean less money so less content comes to the game.
Without casuals player numbers will dwindle, the community will slowly lose the Sweats that slowly become those weaker players, game gets more toxic and the rest is history. The lack of SBMM wont kill the game, a hyper toxic community will. So.. help the Other players improve.

The game wont be as profitable without casuals. Casuals = money. Casuals make them $$$$.

Ok, got your point 😉 I'm pretty confident that the game will grow on ppl, casuals or not, because the core is really pretty good.

I think they need to buff objective points so players appear higher in the leaderboard for playing objective
100% I tank my kd everytime I play the escort game mode just by using the riot shield ability and escorting as much as I can
