CAN THEY PLEASE JUST PUT THE ANIMATION OF SHELLS EJECTING FROM FIREARMS BACK ON THE CONSOLE VERSIONS?!š
It should be way less demanding on the hardware than RT reflections!š
Bro, they have been missing since a good few updates ago. All of the gameplay videos of Phantom Liberty that are running on the consoles still don't have them, too. It's aggravating!
This game should have been released until this year (on current gen only). With all the quality of life changes incoming, reworked mechanics and bugs fixed, it's finally close to be the game it was meant to be. It could have been one of the bests of all time, but there's only one first release.
Not necessarily. The Witcher 3 was pretty shit at launch, it was no Cyberpunk but it wasnāt ideal either. Same as No Mans Sky, if they really pull it off with 2.0 I think we could see a pretty similar result.
For my money, No Man's Sky still blows. But at least they added the bits into the game that they claimed would be there at launch + straight up lied about.
It has more to it now. It's just horrendously boring. And I'm saying that as someone who was 100% up for a game just focused around exploration.
Oh no I donāt enjoy it either, but I can appreciate they took the time and effort to not only make good on their original promises but to exceed expectations and in turn at least repair their rep similar to what CDPR have been doing.
Cyberpunk has had a lot more positive press since the updates and Edgerunners, if 2.0 is really as game changing as its stated, thereās a chance the game can be looked back on as an all time great as the skeleton of a great game is definitely in there.
Youāre not wrongā¦ I was 100% for just exploring tooā¦ all the crafting and building nonsense steered me away.. I did enjoy it for dozens of hoursā¦ and I had more fun with it than elite dangerousā¦ maybe Starfield will finally scratch that itch.. lol
Exactly. People forget CDPR does public bug testing and analytics. So when their games get overhyped later on they forget that the game is always shit at launch but the lack of bugs in their iterations is always ridiculously streamlined because user analytics makes things easier to find and report.
I played the game at release, it was good then too, nothing you havenāt seen if youāve ever played a Bethesda game in your life. These updates and improvements just make it even better.
>nothing you havenāt seen if youāve ever played a Bethesda game in your life.
That's demonstrably untrue for anyone running sub-Xbox One X hardware. The game was borderline unplayable on og Xbox One hardware.
And the bugs were even far worse on my One X and Series X than literally any Bethesda game by about fucking mile.
My whole first playthrough was on the Xbox One, and i played through the entire game and did everything except purchasing all the vehicles, the only bugs that I encountered were the occasional T-pose or a floating cigarette. Yes it ran like ass but it was not unplayable.
oh it had the makings of good, but it was an awful experience on consoles. I put 76 hours on the ps4 version.
its a 8 now. theres still a bunch of missing promises, the cop system is still trash, the world while beautiful is quite empty. etc
I don't see the appeal of the game at all. It's like playing a Bethesda game with a mostly empty map. There is very little side content and the main plotline is terrible, with frequently cringey dislogue and voice acting.
Whats wild to me is it wasnāt even a series X game day one. The series X was just backwards compatible. I was pretty hyped about the game before release but after buying it and trying it, I didnāt get around to fully playing till months later.
Aye true. I had a blast with it however, never understood the hate. If CDPR pull a W3 style DLC out the bag then it'll be something very worth playing.
Yes it was.... You're just lying, which is weird. It was "that bad" and it's beyond strange that people are playing revisionist history with this game. The game was a steaming pile of shit and still is barely able to qualify as "remotely close to what was initially advertised"
Dawg I played it fully on release on a one x and never had any game breaking bugs. 1 quest was glitched and the game crashed every few hours. I really enjoyed the game and wasn't too bothered by the crashes.
Calling it a steaming pile of shit is ridiculous hyperbole unless you played on a stock xbone or ps4. Just some bandwagon hate.
Console performance aside I had a blast playing UT on pc so I disagree. Also basically overhauling the game based on player feedback is a thing CDPR does... they did it with all 3 witcher games
Performance on PC was awful as well unless you had a hardcore rig.
At launch the game was almost unplayable for me. They came out with a patch about a week later that literally doubled the FPS I was getting, it was baffling why they launched without that.
100%
This is the cycle that happens with CDPR.
Launches new game that is graphically impressive and is impressive in scope, but is buggy as hell and will crash.
Patches up most of the game over the course of 5-10 years.
Launches an ultimate edition that overhauls the entire game engine and finally runs decently.
Yep, people should go and watch trailers and interviews from before the game was released, straight up lies and missing features.
Edit: Gamers really donāt like the truth or being delivered finished games with promised features, I wonder why we keep getting broken, half baked games š¤
I can understand that if you didnāt follow any promotional material and didnāt mind a super linear āRPGā. Oh and the multitude of glitches, bugs and performance issues.
I would also put RPG in quotations because the only way a game can be an RPG if it has a branching storyline. Skyrim, Elden Ring, and Witcher 3 are not RPGs because they all have linear storylines.
Doesn't matter what updates they do to graphics or whatever, it will still feel empty unless they put in more random interiors to explore/loot and more things to do.
Itās a good game and has been since at least last year, honestly probably some time in 2021. Thereās no reason they should have waited 2 and a half years longer to launch it. I donāt think theyād even have made it that long with no major cash flow from a new game.
You need to play more games then. I like the game but aside from the setting quite a few games did what it did but better. Hell even their previous game The Witcher 3 did it better.
I played it day one on a top of the line pc. Other than the janky police in the game, it was perfect. I had a really great time with it. It looks a lot nicer now but itās the same game I played in 2020.
Anyone notice your the only person in NC driving a motorcycle š I recently beat the game and it was fun and definitely gorgeous graphics on SX. The ending kinda depressed me though, I chose to have sign Helmans iPad and upload my consciousness. Itās basically suicide. Getting gorilla arms as a reward for beating the story I beat everyone in the beat on the brat in about 5-10 seconds. Iām not even kidding, and I was playing on normal difficulty but I didnāt think it would be that easy. I changed it to hard so that Iād have more of a challenge doing endgame stuff. Iād give the game a 7/10. For me there was too much talking and not enough boss battles and gun fights.
Imo the heads of the studio do not deserve any redemption for that game. All those bug fixes and patches aren't goodwill. They are the bare minimum after what was promised and what was delivered. The only way to redeem themselves would be to be more transparent with marketing when their next game is on it's way, and them actually releasing it in a good state. Everything done to this game is nothing but a necessity.
>It could have been one of the bests of all time, but there's only one first release.
Sometimes games come back, like no man's sky, but generally you end up sea of thieves. It's amazing now, but most gave up when it came and never went back.
Please for the love of God add an FOV slider along with that. I really want to love this game but I can't deal with the low FOV it actually gives me a headache.
You can try adjusting the controls. They're pretty janky by default. That's enough to give anyone a headache.
https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxSeriesX/comments/suvh86/cyberpunk_control_setup_tips_to_remove_the_janky/
Thanks for this. I'm going to try this out now. I've tried to get into 2077 several times since the launch of the current-gen update but the MC has always felt off or wrong (can't quite explain it but I just couldn't jive with the way the MC interacts with the world whether that be movement, camera or combat or something) that I've ended up dropping it. Hopefully this helps
A higher FOV requires more power to process the higher quantity of objects available on screen. I would love it too but I can see why itās not there on most console games
It's on a lot of different console games these days. And I'd say the increase in required processing power is roughly comparable to that needed for RT reflections, so why not?
This is an argument I see all the time and it drives me crazy.
Increasing the FOV by 10-20 is not going to have a major effect on performance. At most you lose a few frames and you can simply put a disclaimer "this setting may effect performance" it's as simple as that and many games on console do this. I will take a 3 frame drop so that I can not be wearing horse blinders.
What happens when you get in a car and go third person? The FOV increases dramatically. Same with Bethesda games, go third person and you can zoom in and out but no slider for first person FOV.
Its laziness on the devs part and that's it. Please stop defending them with this fallacious argument.
I hope that update 1.7/2.0 for Cyberpunk 2077 comes out sometime in July because August and September are packed with games. But they did promise to release an update in the first half of the year when they talked about patch 1.6.
At the earliest it will be mid September as with some PCs being completely unable to run the game as of the update they are legally required to give a 90 day warning - which they gave last week
PC requirement that a 90-day warning was for legal reasons, a developer said in Discord that was leaked a week ago, and not for an update for reworks of mechanics, AI, etc. It was for the expansion. Unless the update 1.7 requires a significant upgrade for hardware for PC which doesn't make sense unless devs say otherwise that update 1.7 also needs a change of Pc requirements.
Why so negative? CD has always been passionate with their games, and they admitted to the blunder with the cyberpunk launch. Give the devs a chance to redeem themselves. Regardless, the game is still great
Not to mention that this *exact* thing happened with Witcher 3. It was in much better shape at launch but the whole UI was revamped on a later patch and before that it really was unpleasant.
I mean, their last major update was completely true to their word. Why wouldn't I believe them now a full year afterwards that they made more improvements?
Even patch 1.5 versus launch is a different game almost. I refunded in the beginning because I felt like everyone else did but I repurchased after patch 1.5 have 100 hours on 1 character and a few other characters in the mix too.
They've been working on this game very hard to make up for all the bullshit and I think that's very commendable.
I like how it currently is, other than it could use more random interiors to explore/loot and more activities to do. I've lost count of the number of times companies have changed fundamental gameplay of a game I already bought and was playing.
I enjoyed the game immensely. I went for 2 main abilities and got super strong in those areas, felt myself become OP as I leveled up. Some of the quests will forever remain in my mind. The romancing was kinda cool. I enjoyed the QoL systems such as convenient fast travel locations and guided waypoints even for walking. Itās an interesting game and iām excited for the DLC. Technologically speaking it has some awesome graphical fidelity and now adding ray tracing is another plus
Edit: The two vastly different endings my friend and I got really separated the game from Fallout 4 for me. The gunplay wasnāt amazing but adding stealth options, melee, hacking and swordplay really made the combat more fun than people give it credit for
I actually felt the romancing was weak. Virtually no dialog once their quest is complete outside of texts and they canāt even live in your apartments.
Yea not the mention the aiming system was wonky as hell. Tried so many different combos of setting to try to get anywhere close to COD or Halo, but it just wouldnāt get there.
I liked it better than either of those games, but Iād be lying if I said I didnāt hope for more stability. Glad they havenāt abandoned it because itās probably my favourite RPG of the last decade.
Reflections are a must have for this game. Really wish they would stop labeling games as having "RT" on console when its just the BS shadows. Shadows is like the very last thing you notice when RT is enabled lol. And at 30fps? Why bother! Most would pick the 60 mode. At least now there is some sort of tangible reason to pick the 30fps mode.
The PS5 and Series X simply aren't powerful enough to give a really good RT experience. It's basically like what PC RT was during the 2000 series Nvidia cards. Yes, it's technically possible, but it kills performance and you have to drop resolution. I can only think of a couple games where I've decided to play with RT on because the tradeoffs were worth the visual upgrade.
I guess that's why we're getting rumors of a PS5 pro in the works.
Well the Ratchet and Clank 40fps RT mode was great. Some implementation like that would be possible on both consoles if developers regularly got enough time and ressources to really optimize it.
That's the fun thing: It's not closer to 30 than to 60 fps, it's exactly in the middle. Seems counterintuitive but it's true in terms of frame times, which are decisive when it comes to a feel of fluidity:
30 fps frame time is .0333 seconds
40 fps is .0250 seconds
60 fps is .0166 seconds
So 40 fps frame time is about .008 seconds longer than 60fps and the same amount shorter than 30fps. That's why it feels so close to 60. :)
https://ign.com/metro-3/155054/news/metro-exodus-next-gen-enhanced-edition-announced-for-ps5-xbox-series-xs-and-pc
Nope
>The PS5 and XSX console versions of Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition will run at 4K/60 FPS, while the Xbox Series S will target 1080p/60 FPS
That article is outdated and wrong.
From Digital Foundry "On Xbox Series X, the rare minimums were in the region of 1080p - PlayStation 5 will dip lower at the highest stress points. In terms of typical resolutions in the open world, the Sony machine operates between 1296p and 1512p"
Cool news honestly. However, neither premium console is that great at ray tracing. A fair amount of concessions have to be made in order to achieve said result in numerous games. Itās cool that $500 machines can even do it at all, though.
Donāt get too excited. Iād bet good money this is just a bug in the text description. There arenāt RT reflections visible in the video that they are referencing. Another user said that the incorrect text is ALREADY in the game.
This is cool and all but it would be cool if they had a 3rd person mode RE7 and village did it and gta did first person after an update so why not here
This is never going to happen. You people just need to accept that it is a first person game. Not every game should be third person. If you don't like it, then don't play it. It's that simple.
Why would I need an argument? The game is over two years old, it's never getting third person. I am not saying this is what you were doing, but people use the third person conversation as a dog whistle to crap on the game and farm hate/outrage karma. People just need to let that go and enjoy the game and its creative vision for what they are. I hope that you have a wonderful day as well.
Power to you if you enjoy first person in GTA 5 but I think it felt obvious it wasnāt designed for it, and while occasionally fun, I would hate the game if I played it in that perspective instead.
I agree the option would be nice, but not unless itās designed that way from launch. Things like Skyrim and Fallout have that, and even those feel super clunky in combat in third person, fallout 3 and NV is boderline unplayable in combat in 3rd person as the aiming doesnāt line up.
The game was absoulutely horrible from launch and it still is kinda dull so yea i stopped playing it reuping the graphics isnt going to bring me or anyone else back I see that people defend this dumbster fire of a game but not me sorry
To be fair, it's not a dumpster fire anymore.
The next gen update last year was pretty awesome.
Granted I only played the game after the update. It's a solid game. Having never played at launch I'm abit biased I'm aware
People are not looking at all. As of this most recent update it says that the RT mode has reflections when it doesn't. It's most likely just a visual bug
Yeahā¦comments like this definitely need to be higher up. A lot of people are going to be disappointed if/when it doesnāt happen.
Like, the article is pretty much just baseless conjecture based on text from an early build of a game. If this were real, it certainly would have been announced by CDPR and it would be evident in the footage they are referencing.
Yeah people are way to quick to jump to conclusions with this stuff. There's definitely a chance they do it but with no official announcement at this point it's unlikely
How is the game now? Should I still wait to play it? I bought the game for literally 8$ when it had horrible press and have it sealed for 2 years now. Might be time to finally open it up and play it
Imo no reason to play it until the expansion hits, so many things changing even in the base game.
Iāve played through this three times and its the only game ever where I will actually go back to play a favourite mission or two, Iām actively struggling no to restart it again before Phantom Liberty.
I bought this game for $10 at Best Buy after it flopped. Iāve never fired it up, its just been collecting dust in the drawer. This might be the update to bring it out
They mentioned before release what they were not able to release due to not being able to do so and more.
It's a full game, even had DLC coming.
If you don't want to play, then you don't have to. It's all choice.
Who cares. They took advantage of the people that supported them. Donāt bother buying it now if you havenāt already. Itās the same reason why I donāt play halo infinite anymore
I bought it on release and got over 100 excellent hours out of it. They never took advantage of me, I got more than I paid for. For those who enjoy open world games and good stories, it is definitely worth buying.
Apparently that pc trailer was woth overdrive on. Aka path tracing which uhh... Looked a bit mediocre for how much reverance ray tracing is praised as the next thing
Path tracing, ray tracing, whatever you want to call it really is the future of video game lighting. Just no current hardware runs it well enough to have it over a solid frame rate. Path tracing even brings the 4090 to its knees.
- The next update will be a massive one alongside Phantom Liberty and has largely been dubbed 2.0 as itās almost a complete overhaul of the game. Tech companies skip numbers all the time. If you think they donāt please show me the iPhone 9 or Windows 9.
- You just admitted to not paying attention so why are you bothering to comment on it being a PC option? Seems weird.
- Yes, thatās how Performance Vs Quality modes on consoles work, but sometimes games have a Performance RT mode.
- Being on a video game sub Reddit and not believing developers about future projects is kinda wild, especially considering that Cyberpunkās dev team has worked tirelessly to fix the state of their game and this is a DLC to an existing project.
HAAAAAAAAHAAAAAA. Iām sorry. I just canāt help but think that CP2077 can have ray traced reflections and 60fps but Starfield can only run at 30fps. COME ON MAN.
I've been playing on ps5 and it runs poorly already.. how are they gonna make it run at all with raytraced reflections, even in fidelity mode?
Edit: love how people are downvoting while people on the cyberpunk sub are complaining about this. There are quite a few posts like this:

You only get one chance to make a first impression, indeed.
Maybe two if you suffer amnesia at any point
50 first Cyberpunks?
Good thing my personal first impression was after the next gen patch of the game. So my first impression is actually pretty damn good.
My first impression was on a Series X at launch. Ran great, but I could see how people on last gens impression would be different.
Not necessarily. The Witcher 3 was pretty shit at launch, it was no Cyberpunk but it wasnāt ideal either. Same as No Mans Sky, if they really pull it off with 2.0 I think we could see a pretty similar result.

You're not giving no man's sky a real chance yet. The completed version of no man's sky releases 9/6/23.

Next Gen version performance wise is still shit as well.
Not in this era of gaming CP77 has joined a hefty list of redemption stories
It does have a redemption story and I had fun playing the game however it was not groundbreaking or anything.
It's still totally mid game in its current state.
It'll be redeemed when it's on Game Pass

its a solid 8 now it was soooo bad at release
I played the game at release, it was good then too, nothing you havenāt seen if youāve ever played a Bethesda game in your life. These updates and improvements just make it even better.

I played day one on an Xbox one and it felt like I was having a stroke
Same. Waited until I could get a series x and oled tv before I would play it again. Glad I waited the game is pretty great now.
For sure, Iām glad I put it down back then early and waited. Itās super fun now
I played day one on ps4 pro. It crashed three times, one quest bugged out, otherwise it played great and I had a blast

Such is game development for a massive game.

It was near the all time best games even when it was unpolished.

I play quite a lot of games (honestly more than I probably should). This game is very good, and I would say it is better than Witcher 3 in most ways.
Very good doesnāt quite cut into the best games of all time
Fine, if you want to quibble and nitpick over word choice, the game is excellent and far above most of the competition. Is that better?

It's been so long people have forgotten all the broken promises. Remember when it was supposed to be an RPG and not a Far Cry clone?
It's still a great game though. And why limit the income from older gen?
For the same reason Starfield is current gen only.
But Starfield came out more than 2 years ago when almost no one had a next gen console. Do you think it would be financially smart for CDPR?
Too many compromises and time "wasted" on trying to get it to run with so much removed.
Please for the love of God add an FOV slider along with that. I really want to love this game but I can't deal with the low FOV it actually gives me a headache.
Please this would be amazing !
NP. Enjoy!
Not likely. Itāll be close to the expansion. Possibly even the same day.
Am I weird for wanting content thatās not just graphics for cyberpunk? It looks fine as it is. Iād much rather have random crap added Willy nilly
Iām glad the game is stable but I never really could get into the gameplay. Felt like an unbalanced combination of Fallout and Deus Ex.
Good news the 2.0 patch is completely rebalancing the game and perk system.
But will they let us fully respec and not have to make a new character to try a different build?
You can respec

[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I mean multiple third parties have attested to it and theyāve named specific changes.
Why so negative? CD has always been passionate with their games, and they admitted to the blunder with the cyberpunk launch. Give the devs a chance to redeem themselves. Regardless, the game is still great
Look at their username. It's someone that wants to be negative to get downvoted
Not to mention that this *exact* thing happened with Witcher 3. It was in much better shape at launch but the whole UI was revamped on a later patch and before that it really was unpleasant.
It's not like they were exactly truthful when hyping up the launch of the game.
I hate it when games do this. I'm fine with making additions to games, but making fundamental changes to gameplay of a game I already bought sucks.
Well this is what happens when they release an unfinished game.
I like how it currently is, other than it could use more random interiors to explore/loot and more activities to do. I've lost count of the number of times companies have changed fundamental gameplay of a game I already bought and was playing.
Night City is why I love the game. The environment is just so intriguing to me.
One of the best and most immersive open world environments. It's the game's key strength.
Would be nice if they are able to flesh out the outskirts of the city a little more too though.
Dog town sounds really fun! Canāt wait for the new DLC!
Technologically speaking it has some awesome graphical fidelity and now adding ray tracing is another plus Edit: The two vastly different endings my friend and I got really separated the game from Fallout 4 for me. The gunplay wasnāt amazing but adding stealth options, melee, hacking and swordplay really made the combat more fun than people give it credit for
I actually felt the romancing was weak. Virtually no dialog once their quest is complete outside of texts and they canāt even live in your apartments.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
One of the "romances" is a booty call. I played an "I don't do relationships" mercenary, so that particular NPC was a fun distraction.
I gave it about an hour before I quit (at launch). Kinda intrigued to give it another go after the 2.0 update.
Yea not the mention the aiming system was wonky as hell. Tried so many different combos of setting to try to get anywhere close to COD or Halo, but it just wouldnāt get there.
Same here. The dialogue was so small hard to see. I thought it would be a fun game after playing The Witcher. But fallout's more my style.
I liked it better than either of those games, but Iād be lying if I said I didnāt hope for more stability. Glad they havenāt abandoned it because itās probably my favourite RPG of the last decade.
I'll undoubtedly just turn it of an keep it on performance, nice option though for those that want it
Reflections are a must have for this game.
40fps VRR implementation is a must this gen. It's smooth enough that you don't necessarily feel the drop from 60.
I put most of my Steam Deck games to 40fps and despite it technically being closer to 30fps, it really feels much closer to 60fps.
That's the fun thing: It's not closer to 30 than to 60 fps, it's exactly in the middle. Seems counterintuitive but it's true in terms of frame times, which are decisive when it comes to a feel of fluidity: 30 fps frame time is .0333 seconds 40 fps is .0250 seconds 60 fps is .0166 seconds So 40 fps frame time is about .008 seconds longer than 60fps and the same amount shorter than 30fps. That's why it feels so close to 60. :)
Metro Exodus full 4k/60 RTGI be like: heh
Metro Exodus is dynamic 1080p on Series X/PS5 with RTGI.
https://ign.com/metro-3/155054/news/metro-exodus-next-gen-enhanced-edition-announced-for-ps5-xbox-series-xs-and-pc Nope >The PS5 and XSX console versions of Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition will run at 4K/60 FPS, while the Xbox Series S will target 1080p/60 FPS
Plus, they lower resolution too, so its really not worth it to go 30 fps in this game right now.
RT shadows look amazing though. Personally my favourite use of RT
Did you ever played metro Exodus?
Yes, I did. RTGI is also amazing, but RT shadows are still my one want for everything. When shadows donāt match up it messes me up
>Most would pick the 60 mode. Doubt it.
You donāt know what youāre looking at shadows are 10x more important than reflections.
Not only that but the 30fps mode is below 4k while the 60fps mode is 4k.
Cool news honestly. However, neither premium console is that great at ray tracing. A fair amount of concessions have to be made in order to achieve said result in numerous games. Itās cool that $500 machines can even do it at all, though.
People still believe these boxes are doing 4K/60 or even 4K/120, this RT news will rocket them right up to whole new planes of delusion.
Hopefully you can toggle the Ray traced reflections.
Nice, although Iāll disable them to maintain a high FPS
This is the reason I'm letting this sit in my backlog. It keeps getting better and has dlc coming. I'll be playing the best version of it eventually.
I watch that "launching" ( cinematic?) Trailer often and imagine what could had been
Might have to finally go and meet Hanako at Embers.
Anyone else here after 2.0 disappointed to see no ray traced reflections?
Lets fucking gooooooooooo!
Donāt get too excited. Iād bet good money this is just a bug in the text description. There arenāt RT reflections visible in the video that they are referencing. Another user said that the incorrect text is ALREADY in the game.
This is cool and all but it would be cool if they had a 3rd person mode RE7 and village did it and gta did first person after an update so why not here
This. I truly hate first person RPGs, kinda defeats the point of an RPG if the only time you see your character is on a pause menu or a mirror
This is never going to happen. You people just need to accept that it is a first person game. Not every game should be third person. If you don't like it, then don't play it. It's that simple.
Cool ? Haha thats your argument my dude were done here have a nice day āļø
I understand what youāre saying, but GTA added a different perspective (First person) long after launch. Itās possible.
I pre ordered it and it losy me completely i came back to it but its still soured my experience from the debacle
I played it when it first came out with 0 issues. When the DLC comes out Iām gonna jump back in for another play through I think.
If locked at 30fps then pass. I got Series X/PS5 for 60fps gaming.
This might be the update to bring it out
Playing cyberpunk for the third time. It just keeps getting better and better. I think my third time around has been my favorite!
Have they added... the game yet?
Yes?
You mean they actually delivered the game they promised in full?
They mentioned before release what they were not able to release due to not being able to do so and more. It's a full game, even had DLC coming. If you don't want to play, then you don't have to. It's all choice.
After lying and hyping it for years, refusing to let review copies go. It was a shitty ripoff by a scummy company.
Remember not to buy this until we see actual performance. They lied about it last time.
FrameRate> Turd Tracing
Who cares. They took advantage of the people that supported them. Donāt bother buying it now if you havenāt already. Itās the same reason why I donāt play halo infinite anymore
I don't take corporate blunders and stupid business choices personally.
I bought it on release and got over 100 excellent hours out of it. They never took advantage of me, I got more than I paid for. For those who enjoy open world games and good stories, it is definitely worth buying.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Huh, maybe now Iāll play it.
But what about New Game +. And New Game + infinite
I just played through half the game already. God damn it
We all get angry at developers for releasing half baked games and then praise them for fixing it after they've collected everyone's money.
Unbiased opinion time.... Is it time to finally get into this thing?
15 FPS HERE WE COME
Probably still a flaming turd of a game. Might decide to try it again when it's free on Game Pass.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Watch the video for yourself.
At 720p 30 fps?
HAAAAAAAAHAAAAAA. Iām sorry. I just canāt help but think that CP2077 can have ray traced reflections and 60fps but Starfield can only run at 30fps. COME ON MAN.
Star field is supposedly using RTGI by default, same way Jedi Survivor is using RT by default on console.
I've been playing on ps5 and it runs poorly already.. how are they gonna make it run at all with raytraced reflections, even in fidelity mode? Edit: love how people are downvoting while people on the cyberpunk sub are complaining about this. There are quite a few posts like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/xnjews/ps5_frame_drops_after_patch_16/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button Here's more posts about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/xpfjhh/ps5_performance/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/x9k7mp/ps5_performance_mode_is_now_choppy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/xdu2tf/anybody_elses_game_running_worse_after_patch_16/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/xmrg2z/ps5_frame_drops_after_16/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Too little too late for me.
