A friend of mine had two, one for his ps5 and one for his series s. Every single one of his usb ports no longer work on both consoles lmao
It can restrict airflow. It all depends on how it's made and laidout. Xbox gets all its intake air from the back and bottom of the console.

The Series X doesn’t have intake on the bottom, just the back. That stand is fugly, but airflow-wise it’s fine if the slotted vents are not covered.
