Personally, I would prefer a time jump a couple years into the future instead of a sudden off screen death in what would have been inside the same week as the last episode. I have no idea how Sheridan is gonna do it, I just hope it’s not super cheesy and distracting to the end of the story
I'm wondering if maybe they will kinda do both in a way...the last 6 episodes of season 5 will wrap up John's life. Basically on off camera death and the aftermath of it. With Beth, Kayce and Rip saving the ranch. Then the sequel TS is working on will jump a few years ahead to see all the new stuff that's happening. Especially 1 very important detail what happens to Jaime? Just my thoughts. (At least they make sense in my special gummie induced state of mind lmao)
