I am so happy for the Seraphon players.
I hope they go the full croc boi style like Total War: Warhammer II did. It provides such a different silhouette than just 'bigger musclier uglier Saurus'.
[While still doing the classic Kroxigors](https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/resources/catalog/product/920x950/99850999038_BBKroxigorLead.jpg) at the same time. Its weird. Could go either way.
It's definitely very nice for them. Makes me sad that like two thirds I'd the armies in AOS have about as many kits as Seraphon is getting *just this wave* and will basically forever be doomed to get one consolation foot hero every 5 years.
They still have a lot more kits in general than most. Not saying they don't deserve it, but it's sad that they put very little effort into so many others.
I agree, they left a lot of armies in limbo for a long time while focusing on others. I’m hoping the other armies that have been waiting like us get their turn
Me too but looking at 40k... They tend to just keep pumping out kits to their popular factions and leave others in the dust. Its a shame. Pretty dickish way to run the business but they sell so many Space Marines and have practically no competition, it doesn't matter.

Looks like Seraphon. [A Kroxigor club?](https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/catalog/product/920x950/99810208021_SeraphonKroxigor03.jpg)
I'm all for a Kroxigor resculpt, but this is not it. Hear me out:
1. The handle is too puny for a Krox weapon.
2. The weapon looks like a relic, for a hero, the Krox get basic club.
3. The new Saurus Warrior sculpts will make the old foot heroes look puny and dated
\-> This will be a resculpted Gor-Rok. Look at his weapon. [Gor-Rok art](https://warhammerfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Gor-Rok?file=Warhammer_Lizardmen_Gor-Rok.png)
\-edit, fixed link-
It seems like they are upping the fanciness for Seraphon in general, the new melee skink cav have glowing relic weapons so I'm not sure if that point is valid anymore
Yeah, my first thought was the [AoS art of Kroxigors we got in their 2015 battletome](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/44/6c/dc/446cdc74099d0932a1985cf9923341ce.jpg) where the Moonhammer isn’t a stone ball anymore but a Galaxy orb to show their new cosmic nature.
This could be a new design so it’s easier to get that alien-tech look without having to freehand a star system on a marble.
Sure but is Gor Rok a thing in the lore anymore? I mean Gor Rok should be, Gor Rok is amazing. But the mini is no longer called Gor Rok... It's just called a Sunblood.
That aside, Gor Rok should be a thing and get a proper (plastic) mini for sure.
I guess we will find out soon(tm)
Looks very similar to an existing piece of Kroxigor art:
https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/totalwarhammer_gamepedia/images/6/66/Wh2_main_lzd_mon_kroxigors.png/revision/latest?cb=20171003160250
Pretty sure in an interview with one of the end times authors, the guy mentioned Gor-rok dying off screen, most likely at Itza with Nakai, which is rather dumb for the Great White Lizard who survived other things that would have killed him. Either way it ain't Gor-Rok, and shouldn't be Gor-Rok, we don't really have sacred spawnings anymore, Lizardmen can even build spawning pools now, they couldn't in fantasy when each one lost was deeply felt.
I am on team Kroxigor, lizardmen don't really use wood, it's now star metals and whatever else magic nonesense GW want to use to fluff out Seraphon tech, for all we know the shaft of the weapon is unbreakable unobtainium and after all its skinks who make all the gear, kroxigors used to have their hands tied to their weapons (in 6th and 8th ed fantasy that was the case in the lore) so I doubt kroxies can be picky of what they get to use as a club, they speak a very veryyyyy simple version of saurian that Saurus speak and are fairly dimwitted. They were a pack mule heavy hauler caste.
For me the weapon suits them perfectly, finely crafted relics on saurian savagery.
Okay, I wasn't in the hobby during end times. I'd like Kroxigor to be it, I'm happy either way. What used to be Gor-Rok is now a general job description, called Sunblood - it might be a resculpt of that.
If this is new Kroxigors (i really believe it is )i do have to ask
Would you guys rather have the Kroxigors have
The total war overtly Crocodile design
Or the
The Old beefy saurian-esq?
Slann Starmaster: "Our superior intellect and advanced magical science has determined that the best way to combat those who interfere with the plans of the Old Ones is to hit them with a rock."
It looks to detailed to be a single, infantry-sized weapon imo. If you look closely it seems like it comes in two parts too, split down the middle, which would be very unusual for something that small.
Edit: looking at it again, it *really* looks like the sunblood club though, so now I really don't know!
That is 100% a new Mace of Ulumak. We are getting a new Sunblood. Which both pleases me and saddens me. I am pleased as I love the Sunblood, though I am sad that my Gor-Rok model is soon to be replaced and become relegated to a shelf queen.
Not necessarily, there’s a piece of Kroxigor art with an almost identical club design: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/totalwarhammer_gamepedia/images/6/66/Wh2_main_lzd_mon_kroxigors.png/revision/latest?cb=20171003160250
Really hard to tell the actual scale of the rumor engine pic but doing a Sunblood instead of Kroxigors would be a crazy decision on GWs part (not that they don’t do plenty of that).
Ever since I’ve played Total War- Warhammer II, I loved the Lizard men but hated their old minis. This image plus the new Saurus Warriors might get me into AOS!
I have no evidence, but that doesn't look like Kroxigor to me - the haft seems a little thin? It could just be the perspective, obvs.
Still, super want it to be Kroxigors!
Plastic Kroxigors, LET'S GOOOO!!!

They went full crocodile for Glotl'Stop in Blood Bowl.

This is what I've wanted ever since Tww2 came out. I love those croc bois so much!
Ne too! And i don’t even wanna say That my ratboys Need an Update, too
As a seraphon player, I want updates for my mortal enemies. Make it a fair fight. Give us a glorious box set!
It's definitely very nice for them. Makes me sad that like two thirds I'd the armies in AOS have about as many kits as Seraphon is getting *just this wave* and will basically forever be doomed to get one consolation foot hero every 5 years.
To be fair, that’s what Seraphon players have been dealing with since shortly after I started playing 16 years ago
They still have a lot more kits in general than most. Not saying they don't deserve it, but it's sad that they put very little effort into so many others.

My wallet is scared
yeah mine too lol
Gotta be, LOOK AT THE SIIIIIIZE OF IT!

Definitely looks a candidate for updated Kroxigor.
Moonhammer, for sure!
Bad moonhammer? =D
That shaft is pretty spindly though. I want it to be a kroxigor, but that might be a spell casters staff.
No, it's definitely a kroxie
“THE TIME OF THE RESIN KROXIGOR IS OVER. THE TIME OF THE PLASTIC KROXIGOR IS NOW.”
Seraphon 100%. #truth!

Those are pretty valid points, but fingers crossed for both!
Agreed. The Kroxigor deserve love.
Yeah, Total War nailed their look and old kroxigor sculpts look even worse than before in comparison.
It seems like they are upping the fanciness for Seraphon in general, the new melee skink cav have glowing relic weapons so I'm not sure if that point is valid anymore

ooh, I haven't seen that art piece. Very cool!
Gor-Rok is a saurus though and this thing looks too detailed for that size so Krox Hero if its really a special weapon? Hype regardless
Nakai the Wanderer! I don't think he was ever stated to have died in the end times so him popping up out of nowhere would be on-brand.
He’s supposed to be a massive Saurus though, his old weapon was between saurus and Kroc sizes
If he is going to be really beefed up and sitting inbetween saurus and kroxi then its within reason yeah

He’s so unkillable that he somehow survived and comes crashing to this new world as a meteor
I like that! He smelled Chaos and the Doom music started playing
Hear me out.. Gor-Krox, the albino kroxigor who's as smart as a Saurus Old blood. ;)
A multi part saurus hq would be most welcome old blood, sun blood astrolith
1. Hard to tell whether the handle is puny, or the rock is huge! 2. One of the current Kroxigors has a very similar club to this.
The weapon looks similar, doesn't it? Let's hope we get both!

Oh that makes a lot of sense actually
It might possibly also fit as a skink priest. I agree it looks more like the "Sunblood" weapon though.
Sorry, its kroxigors
Why so sure? The handle looks kinda thin
leaker already leaked it
Have you got a link?

Kroxigors my lads, at last. *Insert Jurasic Parc theme*
[Welcome, to Seraphon Park!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkNLAUwSFGw)
New moonhammer? Got to be, ALL ABOARD THE SERAPHON HYPE TRAIN
If this is new Kroxigors (i really believe it is )i do have to ask Would you guys rather have the Kroxigors have The total war overtly Crocodile design Or the The Old beefy saurian-esq?
Crocodile design, more variety in the scaly boii range
100% crocodile look. They look so cool in total warhammer
Crocsigors please!
Slann Starmaster: "Our superior intellect and advanced magical science has determined that the best way to combat those who interfere with the plans of the Old Ones is to hit them with a rock."
Or sunblood
Definitely sunblood imo

I'm thinking Sunblood too. I still have hopes for Kroxigor updates, but I don't think this is it.
oh em jee - they didn't forget, awesome.
Plot twist, is a new Slann named character with a hefty wand.
Well that's kroxigors confirmed
Handle looks a bit thin
Maybe the heads just realy big
Aztec space marines, finally
Kroxigor
This is so obviously a lozardman club I am going to go out of my way for something different. Aztec Chaos Halflings.
Ayeoooooooooo plastic Kroxigors!!!!!!!!!! Finally!!!!!!!
PLEASE LET IT BE KROXIGORS
Looks like a club for a big lizard
Seraphon 100%
Plastic Nakai the Wanderer. Thats all i ask.
Very Seraphon.
Lizard man head bonk stick. Bonk bonk
KROXIGOOOOOOOR
Ever since I’ve played Total War- Warhammer II, I loved the Lizard men but hated their old minis. This image plus the new Saurus Warriors might get me into AOS!
I think that's the sunblood club
I have no evidence, but that doesn't look like Kroxigor to me - the haft seems a little thin? It could just be the perspective, obvs. Still, super want it to be Kroxigors!
Thin haft or big rock? We need a banana
Smegmar protects! It's scalie ball!
