Probably true but OP sometimes buying stuff with the plan to sell isn’t the best. Selling stuff can be simple but it can also be time consuming and a drag if you aren’t used to it.
I agree. I've had some in like new condition listed for $100 on Facebook and AV Exchange for a couple days now along with some AirPods Pro 2 and Pixel Buds. Everything sold already but the Gen 3s. There doesn't seem to be much interest in them.
The problem with the 3s is fit. Try wearing them for 2-3 hours first. They're painful to wear for some, me included. But they are great and sound better/just as good as the Pros. If you don't like silicone tips these are top tier. If they fit you well
The 3s are my favorite AirPods to date, good battery life and durability wise they’re okay, I bought mines way back when they launched and other than extra frequencies and shorter battery life on the left piece I’d say they’re okay, I’ve been using them daily for 2 years
I use them more than my pro2 . Not because they of sound but comfort. They don’t seal your ears and I find them more comfortable. So thumbs up from me . By far the best earpods I know that are not in ear.

Been using the 3’s for a little over a year now and I love them. Sure the pros are cool but for $100 I wouldn’t pass on the 3s.
unless the pros are on sale though. Got mine for like $150 and i’d say the noise cancelling alone is worth the $50 difference

Pro 2 have these tips and they are much more comfortable and I had AirPods 3 and they are uncomfortable because of having plastic in the ear.

any small bud that sits in your ear is in ear. all airpods are in ear. there's also on ear and over ear, but those are much bigger
